  Carefully pack your items in their original Loveramics packaging, ensuring that all ceramics and accessories are well-protected to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for unused condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
